Hey there.

I am able to log in and am given no 'Incorrect Password' messages or anything of the sort, however I am then greeted with this screen [See attached image] which does not appear to change at all.

Has anyone else had this problem, is it a common issue?

Edit: hey buddy, fixed it. Disable display scaling on high dpi settings and disable visual themes in compatibility options. Assuming you are running win7

Can we have DirectX Diagnostics info from the both of you please?

This would be easier for us to handle if you both made support tickets (in Bugs section), we've been trying to track down this issue for a while but people who had problems with it seemed few and far between.

Anyway, to get the DxDiag infos, do the following:

Go to Start > Run. Type in "dxdiag" (without quotes) and hit enter. A window should pop up, after that's finished loading click "Save All Information...", save this somewhere and upload.

Theres alike issue when you are on character screen and someone logs on your account. It's not the same thing tho.
