Title pretty much says it. I have already submitted support tickets but if any mod sees this, I would appreciate some prompt attention to them given the issue here. Thanks.

You submitted your ticket less than 24 hours ago, last night after I had gone to bed. It is also a sunday, the day I usually take off. I check the tickets on sundays anyways just in case of stuff like this. We try to respond to every ticket in 24 hours.
