I got Calypso to help you with this in game, we are aware that there is an issue with the grandfathering mission. I will ask Calypso if he fixed it already

I stopped at the base in Lyceum to get a new advanced subskill. There are no missions at any of the bases for me. I currently have Piloting, Shields, Equipment, Drone Deployment, Support Focus and Engineer skills at level 21. Am I missing a skill to unlock the advanced skills? Not sure if this is a bug or that I am just missing something. |

There should be a mission at the Engineer base in Lyceum that gives you an advanced skill point. |

This bug is triggered by having Focus 21, but no Subskills to 21. The grandfather mission will only show if you have a Subskill to 21. If you don't, you will get this bug Sadly there is no way we can easily fix this, so we either need to fix it on a player-to-player basis for those who get this bug, or you can do a skill reset and it will fix itself
