S U B J E C T

When I try to Log-In using the Desktop Icon, the above happens.

?Is this related to the Chrome Browser Issue that Star Sonata has?

If so,
?Do I need to Update my Chrome Browser?

!?! INCORRECT PASSWORD !?!
?Then how come I can Log-In to the Star Sonata Website and make this Posting with that Username & Password Combo?

I noticed that the August 2013 Log-In Issue Posting mentioned having to Check the [Remember Password] Box.

?Is that a Relevant Fix for my Log-In Screen Issue?

Sounds like you just need to check the "Remember password" check box in the client, otherwise it mangles the password for some strange reason.

Maybe it forgets the password while trying to log in.
