I've asked for password resets on my other accounts from the forums ... nothing is showing up on my emails. I sent support tickets, there is no answer to them. Are the game and the support both dead? |

Support can sometimes take several weeks/months before you get a reply. Even when they reply and mark as fixed, they aren't always fixed. But sometimes it happens fast, and efficient. You're just unlucky to fall in the first category :S |
