make it so when a team claims the palace they cant lay an outpost for the rest of the uni. would make people less afraid to attack them as they cant lose all their bases + contents in a revenge attack.

The issue with the current emp system is no one will attack personal belongings for fear of retaliation. With the system i proposed, the only loss is time and potentially credits for the builds, which harbors no ill will against scores of attackers. The current system is insanely boring, no doubt about it.

No matter how much you propose a "what happens here stays here" type of area, people will always take it personally, once again making it so no-one attacks.

Make it instanced, so whoever gets all 4 beacons first wins the emp run.

No. The whole purpose of this is to have some consequence free team endgame PvP.

And ffs people... It's emp. Grow some ballovaries if you want to be tops. I highly doubt any really WANTS a consequence free emp run... You'd have to eliminate bvb. trivialization sucks. This game used to have wars. Used to have pvp. Church is untouchable? Wtf happened to the playerbase.

Epic new layer idea for emperor.

How would the entrances from other layers work? Protected space? Multiple entry points to prevent bottle necks?

I still like the current system where the Emperor has to go to Sol and dock. Can we not modify the current one to make it more interesting and fairer to attackers. That would more likely be implementd and also less work for our beloved Dev.s and Admins.

I can't really see any viable way to make the current emp system exponentially more exciting without changing more than a few parts of it. If we're gunning for a new system, might as well do it right.

Make it so ai spawn and you have to defend against the ai and every spawn gets bigger so sooner or later it will require a teams effort to keep it alive as of right now to many people have benefited from this broken system and have received a unfair advantage but of course that will be denied

Who said 15 mins? and it would be a constant every say 24 hours a group of ai spawn and each time there are more.I not 100% sure on the current system timeline but dont you have to own the palace for a few days before you can take the crown to sol?
