I dont agree with this, but i do agree with level-separated trade chats. So people can actually generally know what sort of stuff they can find in each separate chat. |

Still should create a new lvl 2k+ Chat..but apparently admin's don't like the sound of further seperation between people. |

Just make custom chats in general, like the someone made a suggestion on, and then this entire issue is solved. I can't remember the name of the suggestion/topic, but that is the answer to all your problems. |

Simply remove 'all chat' completely - problem solved. Usually only games with a tiny player-base have a (world-wide) all chat. And enkelin is right - the majority of annoying posts on all chat are from p2ps. |
