| Post subject: | Lyceum Upgrade Outpost. |
Single galaxy placed randomly into W2 Earthforce Space. Contains a base that offers missions for Upgrade Items for certain T16 ships. Could be extended to basic T12/T19 ships if such were added to game. Ship produced from the Upgrade Item has +10% hull, +10% speed, +10% shields, and +10% damage as inbuilt bonuses. In other words, Plus Ships. List of ships: Orca->Orca+ Wingship V->Wingship V+ Rackham's Parsley->RHP+ Scorch's Cleft Thorn->SCT+ Insert Name of Seer, FC, Gunner, and ShM ships here. No Earthforce Capital Ships. |

Does it have to be Lines? It can be single ships. Unless you think theres a PBC? |

I just think that it would be lame to not give plus versions of capships just because there are a few number of them. Sure, I'd rather see more capships than just plus versions, but since AEM left for the third time I doubt we will be getting more any time soon. |

Best to keep these things in their own respective areas really, does not need to be a all in one except to some degree in Free Market for generics. |
