Seriously though, get a long-range hitchhiker tractor for marking AI if you can't find a weapon that suits you.

My situation is:

I am a seer, with special slaves that require RTS to use. But my slaves are only guarding, so right now there worthless. Using a wep like a point defence is stupid because they can see me, and it defeats the purpose of the technique of the slave.

No, but slaves with other classes can be beneficial. The problems arise when the owner of said slaves want either broken items or bonuses for slaves when he isn't a slave class.

Im a seer who dosent want to give away position, mostly because my slaves are tactical.

Not sure what else to tell you. This laser you suggest would have to give away your position as well, no way it would be a 0 vis long range laser even with 0 damage. I would say doing things like using a burst reindeer tractor or firing a single laser shot is simply a trade off to using slaves.

The problem with slaves is because they're not marked enemy right?

At least, that's the problem I've had with slaves, just press 'x' then mark them personal + team enemy, then you're good :)

Yes, you can, weapons like ares sapper and Hermes fire starter give off very little vis.
