I got the feeling that the old banners on the main page and forums look a bit... dated. I figured put together some new ones while I tried out some metal textures I'm using for something else. We need to get Star Sonata's website all prettied up for any new players that come by. I've got one for the main page and one for the forum. I could make similar themed ones for the SS2 webpage, which really is not a very attractive page atm... >.>

Actually, I forgot to add some nebular features to the banners, but I can work on that next week. You get the idea for now.

There has actually been some work in this dirrection. That is one of the landing pages first time visiters see, it has given a significant increase in DL rates. As far as I know most site upgrades are on hold for c2 to push out these last few weeks.

Space Trading MMO isn't exciting. It's "Meh". While you can be on the top of the charts here, this isn't the area Jeff wants, because it ain't fun for combat oriented Flash Gamers where Jeff wants to put those things.

Besides, we're 5-8th place on "Space MMO". We only have EVE, Black Prophesy, and Vendetta as competitors here.

"Space Trading Game" slogan is for a landing page and for ads specifically keyed to that phrase in Adwords and Adsense. There are actually a fair amount of people searching for that.
