Post Advcate for Droners United
I am fucking pissed off, this whole thing about drones being poped and me having to replace them 3 times in a row is just to much.

I really don't care what the solution to this problem is anymore, i don't care if drones are underpowered or over powered, I don't care if we have to pay 20b per drone generator, I just don't care. We need a cheaper faster way to replace drones, that doesn't cost us 10b per fucking death.

Should have been fixed ages ago.
Armada infernos are harder to find than Lincins which is ridiculous, even building a decent amount of them is insane due to the amount of sup damages that get used for everything else.

Never lost anything above a Magic Attack since I started being a professional DM...unless it was to server lag or a crash.


Yea I agree it's fucking stupid how much it can cost a DM currently, but that doesn't excuse you from being bad.

first two times was because my client crashed in a DG, third time was because I was rushed by a shit ton of AI when i spawned the gate spawn in pre rhino lion and got engine crit the fuck out before I could scoop my drones. Even tried tractoring myself in still wasn't enough time.

and fruits, go fuck yourself.

Some Engineers fail to make sense of the whole expensive drone system.

Engineers are the best PvP'ers, they get 10% more AT, their resists rival Berzerkers', and they have stupidly strong tractors.

If you want a drone-like system that's not as powerful but doesn't cost tons if you fuck up, go Fleet Commander.

Jeff has stated before that he pictures Engineer as a class that offers a much greater risk, but with a much greater reward. Sure, the cost could go lower a little bit on armadas, but otherwise it's as it should be.

The issue is not the cost, the issue is how long it takes to replace drones.

Therefore has nothing to do with the repercussion on the OPness of the class.

If your have a stash of drones, and are active on your droner, one day its going to come about that an unforscene event has caused you to loose some drones. Why should you be completely useless until you find the time to replace them.
