its 200% vulnerability iirc... you get a direct hit on kidd with that thing while a prawn sniper has full analysis and boom thats like half his shield bank in 2 seconds.

What it means is that it gives massive utility in a combat situation to classes that may not have much utility in that area. What it means to balancers is that it can make a group OP without the need to aug for it. I'm looking at it the same way I can look at double cap def Gunners. It's independent of augging, so you can pile on all the defenses you want and still achieve the same offensive augmentation as anyone else.

If it needs a nerf, the only nerf I recommend is to scale the vulnerability to the offensive bonuses of the ship.
