So this continuous weapon spamming in Sol doesn't annoy me... not really, i don't have lag or something and it doesn't prevent me from playing at all. However, today i entered sol many loud sounds at the same time were played (due to excessive weapon spamming), 6 seconds later my speakers turned off and i cant turn them on again, probably power supply broke or overloaded. Great, isn't it? This never happened before to any of my speakers even if i heard music loudly.

When will you finally do something against it? Yes, i'm raged now because these speakers are worth a lot of money and its quite frustrating if they broke thanks to a game...

hmm maybe your speakers are already at their limit and its not the game fault? or something else broke it. or it could be just really bad quality ones. my JVC headset im using for like 5 years now still work fine even with that SS spamming sounds when i pass by to the galaxy. . . so i think you are barking at the wrong tree

Anyway, I don't know what sounds you heard, but some are indeed crappy from the game it self, that's why many have the sounds off.

I didn't know star sonata had sounds, but I bet it makes your ears bleed

Most SS firing sounds aren't suited to be played at high rof, they are so annoying >.>

I actually went through the files once and deleted like.. 20-30 sound files and then it was actually pretty good. Unfortunately, when the next patch came around it put all the deleted sound files back and I cba'd on going through and deleting them again, so I just turned it all off. But yeah, there are a lot of sounds that are just so iiritating to hear in this game and it makes my ears bleed

You can make it so next patch doesn't delete any changes you make.

I really don't understand how people play without sound; sound is just another tool to assist you, it allows you to hear when someone has fired something / is tractoring something, etc.

The sound is good! Except some people spam their weapons so strong your speakers break... then you hear nothing... lol. Got some cheap new ones... sound is terrible but at least: SOUND... lol

If it was the C1 sound and background music I would use it. This up to date versions are annoying.

I think the old music set the feel to Star Sonata the way it was dark and eary, not these silly soundtracks now that sounds like I'm playing ruin escape.
