Post Lesser known effect of Colonial Administrator
I know some people know this, but knowledge of it wasn't widespread. I'll be updating the description of the skill to reflect this, but I want to inform everyone how this works and that it's not a change to the skill.

Colonial administrator gives a bonus to commod storages in colonies of up to around 6% per level (scales with colony pop). This also maps 1:1 with how many commods they consume. The end result, is that on a 7.1b pop colony with CA30, you'll be able to sell roughly 2.77 times more commods than if it were at CA0.

The new description of the skill will be changed to:
Code:
(+5% suitability on your colonies, your colonies store and consume up to 6% more commodities for every level)


Tl;dr CA still has an effect on colony profits past 125% suit.
boy do I wish I knew this when I still made colonies...

Master Xen once told me he was sure there was an effect on cols past 125%, that cols seemed to act as if they was over 125% in some way.
However since the alien suit bullshit nerf I do t know how it all works anymore.

Speaking of which, wasn't the alien suit nerf supposed to go up to -10% untill they finally made ownership of gals linked to outposts instead of the AI that spawn in the gal? It's currently at -13%

Yeah, the suit is so annoying. Destroys my terraforming efforts T_T 5 MIL SPACE WHISKY? WHO NEEDS THAT!

Well this explains the age old problem i was having trying to figure why my 125% col, but owned by a low CA char, was making so much less than a 125% col with a maxed CA owner...
