Prior to a recent update that nerfed Fleet Commander, Multifiring Bigger Greens were used by nearly every single fleet commander that could use them because of how overpowered they are. Them alone were able to decimate most classes in pvp. After their -33% DPS and -50% resist rebalance, they are no longer the dominant wild slave. A lot of fleet commanders have switched to Aveksakan ships. But the Aveksaka existed long before this update. So were Multifiring Bigger Greens stronger individually than a Subhatta'a, a ship with t22 gear. If not, why were they the dominant wild slave in the game? |

Multifiring Bigger Greens have lower skill tech requirements for capturing, which means they appeal to many lower level players. Subhatta'a and other Aveksaka wild slaves are less available - sometimes completely unobtainable - while Multifiring Bigger Greens are extremely available in several layers of the universe map. Pre-nerf Multifiring Bigger Greens were extremely resistant to damage, and so they could easily tank a lot of damage with a little healing support. This is not so much the case for Aveksaka wild slaves, which are balanced around low resistance to damage and high shield recharge. |
