On my first day playing star sonata in 2007, I met a player in nexus who was around level 10. He invited me to his team and made me councillor, after making me promise not to steal the 1 million in savings he put in funds.
I stole it and left

Well then. Like, over the years I've played I've known and seem some shady stuff go on in the game, no other MMO I've played has had so many bug exploiters and stuff. I mean like, bug bugs, not things being unbalanced or OP. Personally, if whatever you know is bad enough that it can get people mass banned even today, I'd say go for it. I'm speaking from a biased position though, I have an intense dislike for people who explioit or use bugs. You should decide for yourself though if you want to or don't want to talk about whatever it is. |

It's been tempting me ever since this thread was made but as I said it would be entirely pointless for me to bother making a long confession that would get deleted as soon as some admin sees it. Maybe you can tell people about it over Discord if they say no? I'm on it if you want to talk, or I'm sure Churchill or Daedalus or someone else who seems to dislike exploiting would be interested to hear about it. I'm legitimately curious now at what the heck could be so bad that it could have ramifications like you're saying. |

Im glad you posted this. For those who want a summary of the discord, mass exploiting and cheating going on. Automated bots that can do everything from DG to prospect for you, a number of players involved, insta tracking down players in the game and where they are at etc etc, oh and the best: Insta alteration of ship stats. I've liked SS but Im done with it for awhile now. So much hacking, so much rule exploiting and rule circumvention going on that punishes honest players.. Canceling my auto renew sub. I'm also gonna go ahead and call it: July 6th 2017, death of SS. |

All I can say TWW is if it gets a lot of guilty / bug exploiters banned then so be it. As someone said earlier, the biggest problem with this game is the absurd amount of bug exploiters, it's almost a culture. |
