* New buy and sell functions that do a little bit of math and handle the whole transaction in 1 packet instead of doing the transaction one at a time with potentially thousands of packets as before. Hopefully this should reduce lag.
* Can not buy workers from a userbase who are employed, and colonies can not buy workers who are employed. You can only buy as many as are not being used for equipped items.
* Can not toss workers from a userbase who are employed. You have to unequip stuff first.
* Ships can no longer heal themselves to death. If a shield transference shot would do more than there are shields left, the damage wll just be scaled back to leave the ship with 1 shields.
* Ruins now have from 1-4x the variety of items potentially for sale.
* Shield max on base shields roughly multiplied by two.
