- New collision code. Base mags will hit at very long ranges, torpedos will always hit, shooting towards an attached base will hit whatever is closest in the projectiles path

- Changes to war status now get updated every 10 seconds.

- Fixed a dup bug

- Crash bug fix

- Server is running in Multithreaded mode for the first time (at least until it crashes once, then it will relaunch in normal mode.) This means it is taking advantage of both CPU's on the server and runs exactly twice as fast. This will give less lag, better projectile tracking, better AI, and the theoretical max rate of fire for ships is doubled (up to the hard-coded max, which is 10/second.)

- Fixed the cause of a ton of lag one night last week, when a base had almost 5 million parasites munching on it. That code has changed so you can now have as many parasites as you want without increasing lag.

- There is now a turning cap, so if you put an engine that's way too powerful an a ship, it will still be controllable. Also, some AI's with multiple turning augs will be less insane.

- A speed cap of 700, also to make some AI's less insane.

- Resist changes to combat freighters

- Changes to the Rhino

- Less visibility on the Panther

- Lower max speed on the Death Striker
