* (edit - forgot to add this) Fixed the crash bug with Dual Core systems. You now no longer have to manually set the thread affinity.

* Destroyed Bases - Bases no longer blow up, instead, they become "destroyed". The owner can demolish them or repair them with the appropriate items.

* Abandoned Bases - Bases that go too long without rations, or destroyed bases that go too long without being repaired become abandoned. An abandoned base can be claimed by anyone with the appropriate Station mastery skill and base slots.

* New Networking Code - more efficient networking code that will hopefully reduce lag. Only way to tell for sure is to try it out, though.

* Active Personas bug fix - people were not being correctly removed from the active player lists in the galaxies, so the galaxies were sometimes trying to send network packets to players who were not online anymore.

* More profiling - added a bunch of timers into the code to try to get a better idea of what things cause lag

* Mini Volcom is now heavier

* Changed drop level/rate of Seer and Fleet Commander Mastery augs to match those of other Mastery augs

* Fixed a crash bug caused by parasites (hopefully)

* Modifications to team power calculations for the team score

* Fixed bug with slaves not buying if they're low on cash and prices are changing a lot

* Fixed so Engineer's energy transferences use energy

* Fixed bug w/ collisions at distances >46k.

* Fixed engineer & imp tweak tweaking for bases.

* Further changes to pulse gun targeting, including fix to obstruction bug introduced earlier.

* AI modifications/optimizations, hopefully easier to manage new AI/AI changes in the future. (still could use some extra testing to ensure nothing broke)

* Slaves obey safety Lock

* Parasites no longer break the peace.

* Ability to edit, move, delete and add spawners through the admin panel.

* Randomized option for spawners that will pick a new location when all AI in the spawner have been killed

* Separate galaxy deployment slots for permanent and temporary drones.

* Removed combat slave evaporations until bugs with disappearing slaves can be found and fixed.

* Fixed error messages for base transferring to be more specific.

* New Translocator item, similar to Microwarp except attempts to place you at a specific location and facing relative to your target.

* Healing aggro should no longer be distributed in your own team's galaxy (to further prevent AI suicides).

* Fixed aug tweaking for negative modifiers; is now symmetric for positive/negative mods

* Beefed Panther & Rhino

* Slight change to police code

* Set the UZ boss and clone level to 500 to prevent XP farming when the boss is dead.

* removed soul beam from the high level DG loot tables.

* Fixed the price of Fermium so it doesn't sell for too much to AI bases

* Fixed a number of current and potential overflow bugs, including for credits returned from deactivating slave.

* Some fixes to slaves.

* AI swap targets if their primary target is getting away (rather than just running around like a chicken with its head cut off while other players or AI could be shooting at it).

* Reduced the number of particles from an explosion

* Mitigation of excessive sun damage.

* Slave "follow me" drift away fix, floor on price that colonies can sell commodities to a base.

* Slave mining stuff, fix to RoF auras.

* 3 levels of logs for bases: Docking, Construction and Management.

* Removed xmas drops

* Changes to Sup Combo augmenter

* Updated the skill description in the client to match those on the website


I just want to add that this is a very impressive patch here, almost all of which was accomplished by the new Devs. Thank you very much to them for all their great work. SS is really coming along. Now for me to keep looking at the lag problems...

AI are now mining asteriods and not scooping the drops..
This is creating Tons of lag in galaxys with asteriods
