Post Server and Client Patch 3/18
Giant patch here. Hopefully we can test it a few days on the main server before our universe reset this weekend.

Autopilot:
- Fixed the Autopilot so that it is self-correcting
- Added graphical animation for where you are auto-piloting in the galaxy

Client Bug Fixes:
- Fixed the typing bug where things you type could sometimes be interpreted as commands
- Fixed the disappearing mission viewer bug
- AFK disconnect fixed

Client Enhancements:
- All players over level 1000 can talk in help chat
- New features for the star map, including color coding friendly bases
- AP and right-click animated icon to show where you're going

Server Enhancements:
- Reduced the size of the combined packets, hopefully for better compatibility
- Added more timers to the server for profiling purposes
- Added a new asteroid belt spawner for more interesting and varied asteroid drops
- Added a detection thread which will kill the game server if it gets into an infinite loop or a deadlock
- New optimized map and list classes to make the server run faster
- Fixed some memory leaks
- Added logging for memory allocations and deallocations to track future problems
- Enhanced the server to work with the new external chat client
- Admins can now move the galaxies around on the starmap to make it less ugly in some places
- New save algorithm that saves the universe 10x as fast
- Player data save pruning. Greatly reduced the amount of data that needs to be saved by only saving people who actually need to be saved
- Removed most of the activity logging that we don't really care about to ease the load on the database.

Classes:
- Implemented Missile Mastery skill for gunners

AI:
- Reduced some of the AI running
- Nerf to Speedy Gonzales
- Prevented AI's from breaking the peace in protected gals while running away
- Added more variance in the AI think time, eliminated thinking delay for A's currently fighting
- Fixes for ambush spawner and despawns
- Fix for AI's selling commods to AI bases that shouldn't buy them
- Fixed the code with AI sometimes jumping into galaxies they shouldn't when frustrated
- Prevented AI from endlessly chasing a target they will never reach due to being held in place by tractor beams
- Spread out Big Green spawns for the next universe
- Reduced the speed of the Big Greens

Slaves:
- Fixed a bug where slaves following you would wander off
- Fixed bug for towing slaves
- Fixed slave evaporation
- Fixed the bug that allowed slaves to be able to jump and preserve keysyncs
- Fixed a slave transfer bug that could get the Police to attack someone
- Safety lock should now prevent slaves from opening fire in a protected galaxy.

Bases:
- Destroyed bases no longer apply CA bonuses
- Reduced space, weight, and cost of demolition kit
- Fixed cost discrepancies for repair kits
- The time for a base to become abandoned now scales with its tech level

Teams:
- Update to team ranking calculations, including new deadliness stat which tracks AI kills.
- Changed team wealth calculations to include member wealth
- Made some team rankings decay over time (like total trading and asteroids mined)

Dungeons, Loot & Items:
- Added trading control bots as DG loot
- Exc fading augmenter drop fix
- Minimum DF increase for some Uber spawns
- Dungeon boss lockout functionality and code to kick players out of an area a little after they kill the boss
- Remove player objects out of sleeping dungeons
- Added missiles and missile bays for capital ships and bases
- Added some new augmenters and energies
- Added some roaming boss clones (including Marco, Sputty, and Bart) as randomized DG bosses
- Some buffs to Super Phunka
- Changes to Drone Operations augmenters
- Some buffs to under-used class augs
- Fixed Zebra Spitter to be HF only
- Added an exit to randomized dungeons
- Nerfed the burst damage of the Venu Jack and Mercurian Disentegrator
- Nerfed Titan Torpedo and buffed Dark Fist and Stygian Fist
- Buffed Xeno Torpedo and Fist of Light (and by proxy some of the AIs that used them)
- Buffed various thorax weapons
- Buffed some UZ weapons that were underpowered.

War & PvP
- New War, PvP and emperor systems, see Development Notes for details
- Made the Crown ship die on jump, so you can't take it to Sol in item form and hop in it there
- Safety lock will now prevent you from accidentally initiating PvP combat

Misc. Bug Fixes:
- Fixed bug with the overloaders sometimes blowing up your weapon when you can't fire
- Random crash fixes
- Invincible Envelope fix
- Fix for permanent/temp drone deployment limits
- Tractor beam now deactivates when you log out
- Fixed the Titan Energy+ mission and other trading missions that weren't updated to reflect the new costs of some items.
- You can no longer sell ships that contain items above the cavalier threshold
- Fixed the Unt Faranji Gatling X
- Tractor Power subskill no longer affects range and efficiency
- Fixed duplicate AI team names for next universe, so that random AI don't end up on the same team as the owners of Sol.

Random Stuff:
- Parasites don't get ejected as debris when you dock, they just get deleted
- Sped up capital ships and added capital ship traveling fields
- Changes to towing costs to be generally cheaper and based on the hull/weight of your ship.
- Modification to the hatred decay formula. Large amounts of hate will now decay faster
- Added chain healing lasers
- Changed the prices on some base kits
- Fixed a crash bug in the AI upgrade code
- Reduced the prices on some items that are generated in battlegrounds
- Added Neurobinding
- New level titles
- Changed extraplanar compound to a halflife commodity rather than decayonjump
- Fixes and improvemens to slash commands and added /lockout, /war, /endwar, and /wars
- Added team messages for war declarations and endings
- Added tweaking missions to turn in aggravation/fading/traction aug condensers
- Narrower multifiring for narrower ships
- Added new item types Item Generators and Crystals
- Removed weapon slots from Thatch and Gelato
- Added a new mission chain in Prism for the next uni that will teach you about the Prismatic converter and let you trade in high level DG loot for even better but Neruobound items
- Critical hit side effects can only be re-applied after a few seconds
