* Fixed the bug where you couldn't toss over unequipped Engines, etc.

* Made Tractors hot-switchable again

* Forgones gain slightly more resists against mining and less resists to surgical (mining and surgical are both the best damage type against them now)

* Icepicks gain more resists to mining and less resists to heat (mining and heat are the second best against them now after radiation which was always the best.)

(Look for Forgones and Icepicks to pick up more resistance to mining in another month or two as we add other things that have vulnerabilities to mining.)
