Post subject:  Server and Client Patch 9-26

- Added transfer all unequipped and transfer all unequipped of type commands to the right-click menu for items

- Changed ruin selection code to limit rare ruins to higher DFs.

- Added planetary building projects for sale in Free Market next uni

- Added Team HQ and team Outpost base kits to Free Market. The functionality will not be patched in until the uni reset tomorrow

- Added a health bar readout to the target selection window

- Improved the capital ship engine but also increased the mass of capital ships

- Changed base equipping skill checking to now check the space base owner's skills and not the equipping player (if they are different players). So bascially anyone with permission to equip items to a base can do so if the owner has the proper skill level. (Some skills are still checked by the equipper and not the owner of the base: Station Mastery, Extraction Expert, Colonial Administrator, Merchant Fleet Master, Mzungu Lore, Bule Mythology, Vazaha Culture, and Faranji Research)

- Defined all arcadian, argonaut, ambrosia, andaman, or achilles augmenters to be base usable ONLY.

- Changed temporary drones to not fire if their owner is not in the same galaxy.

- Added Micron and Engine 20 for next uni

- Added "Copy Last Orders" to the slave orders dialog

- Fixed a bug where slaves would sometimes try to chase a target in another galaxy

- Fixed a crash bug where items that dropped on a player death would sometimes get deleted twice

- Fixed a crash bug from corrupted incoming packets

- FIXED THE DOCKING SLAVE GHOST SHIP BUG!!!!

- Gremlins no longer affect pods or spirits

- Fixed the problem of missiles firing from newly stasised ships. Also fixed the possible potential problem of missiles firing after the player undocks or returns from stasis.

- Removed Heavy Fighter requirement from lion augmenters

- Pods and spirits no longer trigger ambush spawners

- The owner of fighters and missiles can no longer bring up the target menu (pressing x) on them

- Lowered prices on reboot modules

- Fixed a bunch of messed up values on lasers that could have potentially been causing AI's to not choose the best weapon to attack with

- Added Miner McFly ship as a contest reward

- Fixed a number of boss / boss spawner bugs

- Added some changes that will allow Boss AI's to deploy drones in the future

- You now have to be level 5+ to talk in trade chat

- Admin panel improvements

- Fixed a capping problem with Doom's Inferno

- New App Ward+ graphic

- Added a new hull for the Bigger Green enemies

- UDP networking turned on again. You can toggle it in your options dialog. (Edit - oops, no it's not)
