* Everyone gets +1 range on their Astral Travel skill, so even if you don't have any of that skill, you can double click on an adjacent galaxy on the star map to autopilot there
* F1 no longer tries to launch a non-existent help file * Client redirected to liberty.starsonata.com, our new server running on Amazon EC2 A want to offer a big thanks to Jey who is the mastermind of the whole EC2 thing. We should hopefully see a nice improvement in server performance and it's mainly thanks to hours of hard work and special expertise on his part. Also thanks to Julian who is helping us debug a few remaining minor problems with the new server configuration and has helped configure EC2. _________________ For support, please create a support ticket here and I will get back to you as soon as possible. That's great news, tackling lag is a big issue but you know what would also help the recent lag massively? A universe reset, you need to reset Jeff, people are getting bored.
P.S I wasn't being sarcastic, that really is awesome that we have a new server, great work. _________________ Progressive House |

Jey was a huge help in helping us move the server over. I recommend him for all your Linux server needs.

Does this patch add in all the other stuff we have been waiting to have patched? "Stares at admins for paxian cap ships" _________________ Dorin Nube wrote: Nipples aren't the only danger here. |

Note that if you manually redirect your client to liberty.starsonata.com, you miss out on the client patch.

I see lot less lag. But for the biggest issue for me is ping reduction from 255ms to 140ms. This greatly improves my playing experience.

Seems to only happen at work so probably not a issue with the new server. Quote: But for the biggest issue for me is ping reduction from 255ms to 140ms Mine has gone from 231ms to 116ms |
