Post Client and server patch for temporary universe March 7
Sorry guys for posting this so late. The list was so huge I kept putting off compiling and posting it. But better late than never. =)

Additions:

- Added new collision code where your bullets will hit anyone you have hostility towards or anyone on the same team as who you are currently targeting
- Added new terraforming projects
- New parasite system: Parasites have half-lives. Exterminators limited to 1. Exterminators attack all parasites. Parasites don't reproduce or damage while ship in stasis. Parasites don't do anything while in debris. New types for parasites and exterminators: Organic, Fire, and Nanite. You have to have the right exterminator to match up with the parasites on board. Parasites go in separate stacks for each aggressor, all weapons now capable of injecting parasites, healing parasites now supported, unique tag to limit a parasite to one of that type from each attacker -- new injections will just restore the health, parasites can now have hull types and will only work against the appropriate hull type if one is set.
- New server running on Amazon’s Cloud Computing
- New team galaxy ownership system. A galaxy can be owned if a team headquarters is in it or else it is adjacent to a galaxy already owned by the team. Bases can be placed in galaxies adjacent to team owned galaxies, even if the other galaxy is owned by a different team. (Base placing in hostile gals not yet fully implemented)
- New universe layout in multiple layers with about twice the number of total galaxies overall as before.
- Some weapons can now impart momentum on the ship getting hit and/or the ship firing the weapon
- Tell the player how much XP he needs for the next level whenever he gets XP from killing something.
- Tells the player what base to go to when he gets the last kill, collects the last item, or explores the last galaxy for a mission.
- TransferAll/Type to/from base added.
- When docking at a destroyed base not yet abandoned, a timer is displayed to track how long until abandonment
- Added "Drop" as new warp 3 AI
- Added 8 bonus aug reset missions to Shadow
- Added drone controllers, items built with augmenters that give bonuses to your temporary drones in the same galaxy as your ship
- Added new commodity shrinkonium and new blueprint in Micron for building nano items using shrinkonium
- Added multiple construction option for player bases
- Added new advanced player base permissions. (Control who can dock and who can do what.)
- Added production limit to limit production of commodities and limit commodities produced by factories on player bases
- Added base external ablative armor
- Added bonus credit drops to dungeon bosses
- Added ability for expired accounts to use the chat client
- Announce in galaxy chat who triggers ambush spawner
- Overloader crates added to the drop table.
- A micron mission to replace a missing key.
- Add DPS and DPE info for weapons
- Added &warp command for admins to warp other people to arbitrary galaxies
- Added <ITEMSLAVE> tag, that will equip the item named in the tag on every combat slaves when the owner equip his (ex: travel field).
- Added <SLAVEONLY> tag on equipable items.
- Added 4 DM only drones, fire control, adv fire control, Command and control, adv command and control drone, all drones with field gens.
- Added a 10 second timer to kill debris so it can only be scooped by the killer, or team/squad members of the killer.
- Added a BLAZER tractor to the Queen.
- Added a bunch of new galaxy names
- Added a chat client only channel support for the server. It works very similarly to the Help channel but is chat client only.
- Added a msg to show the damage taken after the resists
- Added a simple but effective cooldown interface for misc items
- Added active/completed mission restriction options for space stations. Also added the originating galaxy of the mission to the docking/warping failure message if access is restricted by a mission.
- Added Administrator ship
- Added an optional fixed spawn location for bosses
- Added bind on equip or bind on use functionality
- Added code to keep slaves out of some galaxies, and removed slave access to preload.
- Added Condor Wings (engine)
- Added drop laser
- Added drop Missile
- Added equip upon completion tag for blueprints
- Added fire Parasites.
- Added knockback to missile warhead’s
- Added message for new players about how to control their ship
- Added momentum impacts for all physical guns based on the damage.
- Added new base OL's
- Added new conditions: DistanceCondition, PhaseCompleteCondition, RandomShoutAction, TeleportAction for custom boss scripting
- Added new resist augmenters
- Added new tag to fighters to allow fighters that take multiple fighter slots
- Added new weapons as DG loot.
- Added possible enforced neurobinding for drones feature
- Added some better hints for early missions
- Added some code to optimize commonly searched for item names such as "Rations" during run time to make the server run faster
- Added specialized boss AI for the Copper Queen
- Added support for wormholes to be active/completed mission limited so some jumps will only be available depending on your mission
- Added T20 cap ship missile launcher to the loot table of Emperor Kilrathi
- Added Vultures as normal DG AIs and Condor as DG boss
- Boss scripting for anaconda
- Equipped gear glue on slaves will now be reported in the slave status.
- More galaxy names
- New AI added "Condor"
- New fighters and fighter bay for the Dark Carrier and added a Hammerhead gen for the Dark Carrier
- New Iq'bana fighter
- New overloaders
- Added constant shield and energy "aug" stats. They get added at the very end after everything else and can be given to any item
- Added very high resists to most drones

Changes:

* Big changes to drones: Drones will be remember how many shields they had after being scooped, and will slowly recharge over time while stored in item form. Changes to temporary drones - new drone slot requirements, astral injection functionality changed, drone research functionality changed. Drones require the ship to be the same or higher tech to deploy. Drone Mastery nerfed to +1% drone stats per level, increased drone slots
* New math for calculating stacked augmenters. All aug bonuses are now multiplied with the base stats only
* Made AI's get increased bonus damage percent with their level, making them get exponentially harder
* Pulseguns now have a little bit of tracking.
* Parasites now do modified damage based on the firing persons skills and augs so that the parasite damage doesn't get left behind as other damage gets buffed
* A couple of name changes in the galaxy names
* Added a timer between emperor runs for the same team, so they can't just reclaim the throne.
* Added capacity to freighters to make up for the new aug math
* Added death explosions to Anni
* Added fake bombs to bana before she dies.
* Added scoop to the starting ship and took out the scoop reward in the first mission.
* Added some resists to drones and shield transferences to adonis, argonaut, etc
* Added splash description in laser description
* Arranged The Serengeti galaxies so they appear in an organized layout on the star map
* Beefed stats on Doomed Box a bit
* Better weapon prioritization code for AI when they are hitting a secondary target
* Changed for bio/emp bio/etc.
* Changed powerup spawner to replace the item every spawn interval so that micron key spawner on a halflife works properly.
* Changed the AI's threshold to damage to 1% taken for fighter usage and 5% taken for missile usage consideration.
* Changed the Butterfly ship engines to use 'Quiet Thrust'.
* Changed the 'Dung Pellet' weapon to be energy based so that it doesn't push around the newbie player in the beginning of the tutorial.
* Changed the formula for dungeon creation to try to aim for more reasonable depths.
* Changed the location of where a brand new player starts in the preload galaxy. Made it less random and have it start nearer to the space station with missions. Also changed the hint text.
* Changed the permamute messages to be more friendly
* Changed the queen to move at one speed, and gave her 20k range on her tractor. She has a chance to randomly select a target every 30 seconds for a 10 minute time span.
* Changed the T20 skill missions to require item drops as well as the boss kill, and removed the T20 skill training from bases for the skills that have missions.
* Changed the tech level of the "ruined bases" in the tutorial so that they won't be used for tutorial hints
* Changed the wording in the messages that you get when you finish a mission.
* Changes to the Vulture weapons
* Combat slaves now evaporate in team galaxies if they aren't explicitly guard some other object if their owner is logged
* Copper spawn time increased from 200 to 500, amount spawned decreased from 10 to 6.
* Corrected the MF requirements on a few OLs and changed Piracy Requirement on one.
* Disabled player tractors when someone is removed from a group
* Don't send critical damage messages to the chat client.
* Drastically increased the ranges on the capital ship field generators
* Extended the ranges of most mag cannons.
* Fixed the Serengeti wormhole Visage, and added it to the other side of the warp in preload
* Fixed the start locations (where you start out in a new universe)
* Galaxy map changes to reduce memory imprint.
* Greatly nerfed the diseased Larvae and flylets
* Increase in various mission cash rewards
* Increased ada shield bank from 100k to 700k (achiles is 500k).
* Limited the shared map galaxies not to send to an alt to w4 galaxies only.
* Lowered amount of ablution crystals needed to train equipment
* Lowered stats on Nubian capacitor (the one Vulture uses)
* Lowered the threshold for ai to cloak. (should fix the panthers not cloaking anymore (they get less vis that they used to lol))
* Made a number of special galaxies unownable for the next universe.
* Made it so diffusers never blow if they block all damage
* Made it so only tradeslaves and player can trigger ambush spawner.
* Made parasite munchers stackable again (while still only allowing one equipped).
* Made splash damage also apply to people on the same team as who you're targeting (not just who you have hostility towards)
* Mission items will only drop for group members in the galaxy that the kill was made
* Nerfed the Psionic wave amp Gamma to -15%, beefed duration to 20 seconds and gave it 1 dmg which will hopefully trigger PvP range.
* Now sends base credit info to people w/ only construction permission
* Overloaders are now stackable and only one type of overloader can be equipped. Overloaders now blow up upon failure, rather than destroying the equipped weapon. Rebalanced overloaders.
* Piracy requirement changes
* Player experience is no longer given in "arena" galaxies
* Player skill "Zen of Far Reaching" no longer effects user bases.
* Prevented most custom galaxies and dungeons from getting random missions
* Prevented random dungeons from being placed in custom DGs/galaxies
* Prevented torpedoes from prematurely impacting a secondary hostile target before they are armed
* Rebalanced capacitors to give constant bonuses instead of percent bonuses
* Rebalanced energy, shield, hull, weapon stats
* Reduced the mission text for the first missions to make them easier to read and standardized some of our game hotkey hints.
* Reduced the scan power needed for high level commodities so that they can all be scanned by the best available scanner.
* Remove Inactive wormholes after loading special gals
* Removed a built in aug on AI Vulture
* Removed a couple stupid things from the dg loot list
* Removed Faranji Energy 5 from Pretty Girl since it can be captured.
* Removed most of the bonus electric charge from drones
* Removed the 510 experience cap for mission completions.
* Removed winpoints and other bonuses when a team loses the palace after a successful run (i.e. only the team that owns it at the end of the universe keeps it)
* Replaced asteroid spawners in the preload trading galaxy with an asteroid belt spawner so that the asteroids will have more realistic orbits relative to each other
* Server will no longer generate multisob message for single-bullet missileshotguns.
* Some changes to Vulture BP
* Some changes to wormhole appearance
* Spelling fixes. Many of them.
* Tweaked Lyceum guardian a bit, fixed the anti docking/warp auras
* Tweaks to Nexus.
* Updated preload so that the diseased larvae's and maggots just have their type as their name to be less confusing to new players
* Updated stats on parasites and on parasite weapons
* You can always access bases owned by an alt on the same team, regardless of base permission settings
