Post subject:  Server and client patch for new universe March 14

Additions:

- Added team HQ Map sharing
- Added team outposts back in
- Added Adonis aug BP's to acropolis, ablative armor BP's to FM, removed Adonis base aug bp's from drops
- Added subspace shortcuts between map layers
- Added a tag to envelopments to make them immune to friendly fire
- Added OL to Fuzzes
- Added the missions for all the new fighters
- Added trade slave evaporation to allow all slave to evaporate unless they are on following trade orders
- Added trading slave immunity to secondary fire to prevent meat shield swarm exploits
- Added UNEQUIPPEDONBOARD tag to pillboxes for a list of items to spawn on a drone that do not get equipped, for example a one-use envelopment just for deployment
- Adding prefixes to gal names after we run out to avoid duplicates
- Made it so everything with the same owner should always see each other (slave, fighters, drones, bases)
- Made players level 5 and below start in the nexus for a new universe

Changes:

* Adjusted base combo aug stats
* Beefed Adum's Closer (the main weapon that the police use)
* Beefed base augs by 2x and made building them much easier
* Boosted aug-type bonuses of UZ ships (most important for Panther)
* Capped the colony extraction rate of ruin commodities
* Changed pax overloader to a hybridized solar panel that will charge from any sun
* Changed tech 19 sniper ship to HF
* Changed the fleet commander bonus to 80% aura and 30% slaves.
* Changed the shield 20 mission location.
* Changes to Condor DG boss
* Changes to DG Vultures
* Changes to Drop missile generator
* Changes to Shockwave, rad cone and RBP
* Drones now only take 1/4th the momentum when hit.
* Fixed blue research to make it unmapable (XML error), bumped up the DF
* Fixed the darkguard and darkfighters having too much shield
* Hull increase on Panther
* Improved combat focus
* Improved emperor’s wand
* Improved shield monkey transference
* Increased all the base shield regens
* Increased the man hours cost on the ablative armor and increased its resists from 80% to 85%
* Lowered base drone resists.
* Lowered the juju fighter hull to 100 so its worthless as a player ship (some player got a few out of an error in a BP)
* Made a slight tweak to guardian.
* Made destroyed bases not get hit by secondary fire
* Made it so that equipped sticky items take zero space
* Made it so torpedoes (thorax), break when they start accelerating. so that they can’t be thrown at 700 speed to gain huge range
* Made parasites equip on scoop to fix burger sludge
* Made randomly created dungeons inherit their map layer.
* Made roaming EF belong to the team Earthforce Patrol
* Made some minor modifications to the termite spawners
* Minimum level to build now 21 (no f2p building)
* Minor changes to primal zebra life
* Minor nerf to drop missile
* Minor tweaking to Tech 19 bana ship and Jujuso'rka
* Modified the stats of the Vazaha protector line of shields and the bionic rat shield
* Moved micron to the Earthforce Layer
* New stats on Silent Death
* Prevented transfer of slaves to a player without enough piloting skill
* Reduced AI radar bonus to help seers
* Reduced chances for rare commodities now that universe is much larger.
* Reduced costs on some ruin energies
* Reduced size of Venu and Merc Mags
* Reduced the AI dmg bonus.
* Removed ethereal laser from Sawtooth and SawtoothX so they will use torpedoes and gremlin laser more.
* Removed heat vulnerability on vazuk
* Removed max workers on the combo base aug BP's
* Removed the visibility from snowy diffuser
* Saved production limits to XML
* Shield rebalance around a 3 minute battle time (increased shield regens)
* Space base weapon fire no longer imparts momentum to itself.

Bug fixes:

# Fixed a bug causing mining slave to evaporate ><.
# Fixed a bug where drones only required ship hull tech while you were docked
# Fixed a bug where galaxies weren't unowning if you lost all your bases in that galaxy
# Fixed a bug with Guardian of the Lyceum
# Fixed a bug with splash lasers that would cause the laser gfx to maybe not expire.
# Fixed bug with aura generators/field projectors
# Fixed building permissions in arena (allowing temp drones), added a force unequip to the item generated from split item.
# Fixed client drift after undocking from a base that you docked at while moving
# Fixed envelopment generators spawning envelopments too frequently
# Fixed momentum being given to stasis'ed ships, hulls that are spirits and pod
# Fixed some stuff in the fighters missions
# Fixed the brood mother not firing (she had no energy)
# Fixed the missiles/fighters getting AI bonuses
# Fixed the multiple constructions not saving their quantity in the xml.
# Fixed the zobitan
# Nexus mission description correction
# Spelling fixes
