Post Server and client patch April 30th
There may be some duplicate messages from the last update. I mistakenly got all the updates from the uni reset, so I had to remove the duplicates.

Client changes:
Made an auto-center button, removed the color button.
Fixed broken map search and center on layer change.
Fixed team dialog to have a show offline checkbox
Fix for problem with skill training mission not updating the mission list status properly
Autofire also without a target


Server changes:
Spelling and character problem fixes
Reset the size on sticky items when they get tossed to debris.
Removed duplicate Ophiuchus from galaxy names
Prevent swarming AI from leaving their designated area.
Fixed some minor bugs with boss spawners.
Fixed randomly generated asteroid belt timers that got the wrong spawn interval.
Fixed out of place XML tag that broke fuzz
Fixed issues with fighter counts preventing jumps on slaves.
Fixed a possible unsigned casting error in interval.
Fixed a bug where parasite injections caused hate in battleground galaxies.
Fixed a bug where the server would crash if a slave tried to follow his master when he had no ship.
Fixed the parasite not updating problems.
Check to prevent from missile launchers from getting confused about how many missiles are currently launched and alive by the owning player
Bug fix for mission skill training requirement
Added skillgoal tag to missions that allows mission to require a specific skill training to complete mission (used for the tutorial missions)


Game changes:
Weakened the shield on Dark Guards and Dark Defenders
UrQa carrier
New STM20 missions.
Tweaked the AI in The Dark so they are visibile with the new augmenter stacking rules.
Tweaked some emperor drops so they aren't useless.
Took off Mass Driver from Argumental Drone.
Slaves that get the killing blow don't give experience if their owner isn't in the same galaxy as them
Replaced Ace Pest Control with Sticky Control on all "dark" ships
Removed the broken warp thing from Inderdiction Frigates
Put in the rest of the planetary projects (All atmosphere and drilling projects) and added them to Free Market.
Pulsius Sharpshooter Blueprint - Sniper T20 wep
New shield: Dark shield
Nerfed the Nano Volcom's shields considerably
Multi Mythos Energizer Blueprint - MF T10 Energy
Modified the bonuses items get from an uber drop and added "uber drop rare" category.
Modified the Y and Z base shields to give increased regen and resistance bonus rather than bank.
Made all the sticky weapons more powerful
Increased halflife of copper commod to 900s
Incresed space blue gamma hull from 540 to 600 to make em cappable.
Gave Basil Sheath and Herbal vision to AI Basil
Created new sticky items for Basil, weakened the Basil's shield
Fixed description for arsenal expertise
Corrected costs on shields
Change so construction cancel is owner only
Changed it so aura generator wont affect enemies in a protected by ai gal (sol etc).
Changed the static shield buff on Master Chain Transfer to a healing vulnerability buff
Beefed the Basil hull by giving it less weight and a damage bonus and made it capturable
Added the Blood Striker, a Trophy Ship
Added tutorial hint at login to direct the player that has drifted out into space back to the nearest wormhole.
Added new sticky exterminator that works against all parasite types
Added new "Hive" ship and "Wasp" Fighter
Added max-uses on Pulsius Sharpshooter BP and Multi Mythos Energizer BP
Added 2 bps to dungeon drop tables
Added Basil Sheath and Basil Mega Sheath shields and BP for Basil Mega Sheath
Added Caly+ aug bp
Added Herbal Vision radar
Added Multi Mythos Energy Blueprint (BP for zerker only energy, tech 10)
Added Nano Firstline shield


New player/Tutorial changes:
Rearranged some early tutorial missions to make the tutorial more linear.
Made the preload mission to kill the Volcom Pirates follow the explore mission
Made the nano volcom's in preload say "Aaargh!" when they die
Made the pirate outpost in preload a lot easier to kill
Made it so 10 gals are sents at per times in the uni map transfer.
Guest and Account creations in game (forum account creation is disabled for spam reasons)
Fixed a tutorial bug and added another tutorial hint reminding the the tutorial is no longer going to tell them exactly what to do next.
Added more helpful info the Flylet Broodship laser damage mission.
Added dialog the reminds the player (under lvl 10) that it is unsafe to log out in space.
