Post subject:  Make a Star Sonata Trailer Contest!
As I'm in the middle of my last semester of college, I realized I just don't have the time to make a new trailer showing off this epic new content we have coming! So I'll make a contest! It's only a one week long contest but the rewards are worth it!

If you make us a trailer, and we decide to use it you will get enough space points for a one year subscription! Note: A group of people can submit a video and we will distribute the space points evenly throughout the group.

The requirements:

  • It must be 30 seconds to 1 minute 30 seconds long.
  • It must not use any copyrighted music or art. The music found in SS is located here: Star Sonata 2\Content\Default\sound\bg
  • It must be at least 50% Subspace Assault Content.
  • It must have a minimum resolution of at least 720p.
  • It must include this logo.
  • No credits please, we'll give you credit on the YouTube video and link to your channel.
  • It must be uploaded to YouTube. Submissions that we accept need to be uploaded to dropbox so we can upload them to our own channel.
  • No Let's plays, or walkthroughs, or tutorials. You can submit these separately.

Earthforce Frontier Station in Sol has Adum's Almost Blocker and Hogg's Map Revealer for sale on the test server.

The Trailer must be submitted by 9:00am on Thursday June 27th

Please submit your trailer to this page. Any off topic or irrelevant discussion will be deleted.

The current dev client supports this. I will ask if there's anything advantageous to be gained by using a dev client. If not, I'll see if we can get one out for public use.

I'm always interested in a contest, if I get time I'll go and record some stuff. Otherwise if anyone wants to team-up with me, just send me a bunch of raw film and I can edit it nicely.

I'm having Blue Dwarf put Hogg's Map Revealers, and Adum's Almost blockers in Sol.

The Entrance galaxy for the new content is Kumari.

What's the progress on that GUI Hide Key? Professional game trailers never have the GUI showing.

So I logged onto Test today to see the viability of making a trailer, looked in the Earthforce Frontier Station, and no adum's blocker OR hogg's map revealer!

Weird, cause i got blocker and hoggs in AI base.
