when i click on SS to run it while at my dads (it worked in past) i get an error that states that "You don't seem to have a 3-d card. Software rendering is too slow to be practical, but it'll run just to tease you. Error #380" but then when game opens all i see is black and i get to see the station info beacuse i was docked when i logged out last...... how can i fix this please reply i do want to play. thank you all.

i never used to get this, but long tiem ago after a patch i get same message, i got an old video card, 16MB so thats why i think. if it goes black i just close it and reload, normally works, also i get that message when clicking neurotraining on a base, sometimes the dude loads up, but most the time i just get the message and no picture of a dude gettin fried.

i had that problem before, u have to reinstall ur drivers, u do that by finding a disk that came wiht ur computer or mother board and reinstall everything on there, my directions r crapy lol but if u want more infor pm me on the fourms plz.

edit: but when this happened to me i could see nothing on my screen only the sound for ss lol.

Its easy to fix you should see black and the docking screen but the buttons are still in place click around the top to find the options button then click graphics options lower the graphics and that should fix it it fixed mine. It no longer happens to me due to the lowered graphics.
