 PuffFound this in the final level of anni a while ago, no idea wtf it is. Shots fired at it went right through, but it could be tractored. It wasn't pulled around when tractored, though I still moved. It also didn't decay or fade away, stayed there until I warped out.

Re: Puff Bug is that it cannot be scooped and then piloted. This is a very serious bug.
