Post Omni Sensus PDP-01
Omni Sensus PDP-01 isnt working "can only be used on a station" when i have a station targetted, and when im docked it states i cannot use it while my ship is docked

Has to be placed on a base that the character your trying to use it owns. However there is a bug where it shows 0% pop after a certain %, no idea what the % is though.
