Post Energy Regen and Shield Regen
If you manage to overdraw your energy until you get down to 100 energy with charging items and elec demand and then use a Super Shield Soother, your shields stay frozen.


The tweak isn't taking energy so your shield bank should boost back up. Somethings up.
