Post Phantom -.82/s charging on AWC
Unequipping everything but augs and inbuilt items, my AWC gets .82/s less elec than it should. I have proven this by equipping radio items and measuring the defect from the proper amount. I can elaborate if anyone is interested in the math but the point definitely stands. I have checked my work on numerous other ships and have zero doubt that it's accurate.

Corroborative fact: with the addition of .82/s elec to the total, the base inbuilt elec is exactly 50/s.

Dev check: Just spawn yourself an AWC and measure /charging. Equip some radio gear and measure again. You will see that the numbers can only be accurate if there's a -.82/s factor in there.

Ares aegis generator takes 1 energy per 1.2, which is about 0.8333/s

Thanks for checking. If I recall, the generator states that it takes 0/s, but perhaps that's just rounded. Or perhaps I read it wrong. Will take another glance when I am on.

Strange. Well, it is 1 per 1.2 in the xml and the xml is always right
