I don't think that's a bug. Certain wormholes are pretty close to the boundary for GSA.

for example if you go 1000 west of gate jumping into rhino you will have spawned gsa :P

I plotted all the wormholes, and the suns to place the the new GSA spawner, there should be sufficient space.
