"it stopped" isn't really descriptive enough for anyone to help, did you send the crash dump file at least?

A message like that, is as useful as you not having told us at all.
Can you please be more descriptive, does the client crash at the options screen? Does it crash while loading? Do you get a dmp file produced? Do you get a different error which doesn't result in one (runtime for example)? _________________ "What you mean you killed him cha cha cha?!" Support |

I get the dmpfile@starsonata.com request, but when i click yes nothing happens. also, when I click on the SS2 icon on my desktop, it shows ss2 on the bottom bar, but never goes into it. The mouse also shows the busy icon. the exact words it say are: An error happened during the initializing of the d3d device.

Jey has been working hard on debugging and fixing it most of day. I'll let you know when I hear more. _________________ "What you mean you killed him cha cha cha?!" Support |

Jey claims that his beta client; viewtopic.php?f=107&t=50590 will fix most people's d3d errors, so try that and see what happens.
Remember this is a beta (test) client, so things in it may be broken. _________________ "What you mean you killed him cha cha cha?!" Support |
