If you wanne fix it yourself you ahve to do it the following way:

Get 1 alt of the account into a HQ to get map,
All other alts will then have the map if you loged into them already this uni.
If not, log on them, then log to the alt who is docked at the HQ, and redock the HQ.
Do this till all alts got the map.

Edit: not that i dont think admins wont fix it, but for those who cant wait.. it works
