 Base Ownership TransferWhen you transfer a base to another teammate, the docking privileges get all messed up saying only the owner may dock here even tho it's set on Officer, or whatever their rank is. If you change the settings to Anyone, then you can dock. And when you move all manage and construction ranks to Peon, you still don't have access, unless you're the owner....
