I am pretty sure this is a bug. I have mined considerable amount of time Infernal tempests both asteroid rings and neither drops Xeno Isotopes. Neutron Rods however can be found from both rings. According to wiki only ring around beta inferno should drop Neutron Rods. |

Ninja patch made them prospected commods. I don't understand why the fuck it was done, though. |

Master Sun is correct, this is not a bug. I will make myself a note and try to remember to talk to the developer who changed this and see if there is good enough information in game on finding out that this has changed  I'm moving this to the bug archive, if you don't find any good information on this in game, please make a topic in the suggestion forum on how we can improve it!
