I just tested and I got the 30% experience bonus applied to my squad. What kind of squad setup did you have?

Psychic Foresight (seer xp aura capsip generator) doesn't work. I killed AI and got same xp with or without having aura equipped. My characters are all in same team and same squad. |

I know now what was my problem. I wasn't aware it doesn't affect capships and my whole group was in dreads. Sorry for false report and thank you for your time. I tested with different group and indeed, it worked. |
