This is not a bug
There was an exploitable bug issue with that uber and the warp was locked, but it should be fixed in this latest micropatch. If it wasn't unlocked then I will make sure it will be as soon as possible (if it is ready)

When I try to warp to the High Priest's Chambers(after completing the trials of adum of course) It tells me that i have insufficient warp navigation to warp into this wormhole even when I already have warp navigation 4. |
