On June 26th, at precisely 20 hours, 11 minutes and 37.54 seconds PST a new team was born, under the codename "Unity" (Initially I was going to call it "Ive's Kickass Team", but "Unity" is shorter, catchier, and doesn't make you want to pierce your eyes with a bit of old wire). Having spun a few times in my big leathery executive chair, I put my feet on the massive oak desk, and started dreaming about how awesome this team is going to be. However, 2 things have come to my attention, and yanked me back to reality. First, no one except me and this one other guy knows about this team. Second, I'm the only person on it. Hopefully both of these problems will be solved with this post, but before all of you start lining up and pleading me to let you in, I feel I need to make a quick note explaining what this team is all about. So here it comes

Unity, the awesomest team in Starsonata: policies, beliefs and guidelines

a) This team is founded on cooperation and trust. This basically means that we will be helping each other with training skills, getting equipment, building bases, and so on. As much as I would like to have a bunch of peons build a golden statue of myself, it's counterproductive, and doesn't really help the team to advance.

b) We are a non-aggressive team. War is costly, icky, and makes a lot of people unhappy, so instead of beating each other's brains out, lets compromise. Let's try and work things out. Let's go for a long walk and talk about our feelings.

Ok that last one sounded kinda...well...you know what I mean.

Nonetheless, to all who are bent on giving us a hard time, I address the following quote:

c) This is only a game, or in case you're unfamiliar with the term, something that people do for fun. If you're not having fun you should either quit the game, or change your perspective, there is no need to ruin it for others. So the next time someone forgets half a million workers in your base, or spawns ten GSA during a UZ run, or screws you over because of a genuine mistake, don't resolve to petty insults and e-drama. Just quietly work things out with that person and ask for compensation where applicable.

d) Be honorable. By that I mean that all the scammers, hackers, hate filled bigots and other malcontents will be booted as soon as their sinister nature is uncovered.

e) Every Thursday should be a free ice-cream day.
