He means that you left yourself without getting a boot, which can lower that team's score. Not a good thing.

when i was on the CC team, i was the director, councilors, officers, operators, most of the solidiers and most of the peons at the same time

and if you dont really trust a guy, but he's still your friend, then you leave that space open. Minch, -Neo- and Avator are all rl friends, but none is willing to e on a team it seems with one of the others on it too
