I got about 2b cash with items worth well over 3b..
I've played for 2 months now so it is not impossible... i Guess you just dont get how to earn cash fast and easy as F2P

My councilor was a p2p he left for a p2p team cause we were f2p but a person who you personally helped train and has been with you for two years: that is someone you want as councilor. Or a sibling who you trust, or yourself, which ever one works .
