 TorchWood During the Reign of Queen Victoria many attempts had been made on her life she had learned to defend herself.
One particular time in the middle of nowhere the Super Natural had come for her a Werewolf had been set on her majesty.
Queen Victoria was saved by a strange man who had a way with technology, Suspecting the man was infact some way the cause of the Werewolf she started a division, a division to explore all the super natural all technology to become advance in all ways possible so if the strange man was to return they would be ready,she called it TorchWood.
