Biggest problem is, Spartan should not have attacked that base. Instead, as an ALLY would really do, just stay waiting until someone gets online. After all of this, I can only blame spartan for just beeing a stupid arse.

2.) Aggro issues abound
3.) Deathreus is booted
4.) OOBE member is shot
5.) OOBE member, instead of alting or doing something else for awhile when he can't get a PM, attacks Heaven's bases
6.) OOBE is astonished that, because an OOBE member attacked Heaven's bases, Heaven warred him
7.) War were declared

i was watching he stoped shooting every few min to let it regen, was not act of war was act of getting attention, and still took him 30min for someone to PM him

If anyone isn't answering after 30 mins, perhaps there is nobody online? We don't give a fuck, either 5 minutes or 5 hours, he just should've WAIT. Imagine that was a SP base, I don't think he'd be attacking THAT every 5 minutes.
