Evil Empire
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-58-36lSqG4 Aim of this team is training. It is an open team to legion members and others. Goals: just to have fun and play in a no pressure environment. Policies: The aims of this team will be peaceful aggression. Any pvp experienced or witnessed by a member of Evil Empire pm a legion officer+ or hop on our vent... cali7.nationvoice.com Recruiting- any lvl but no f2p. Ask in allchat for a legion officer for an invite. News: Councilor spots available to those who show aptitude. Legin members will EVENTUALLY not be holding counclor spots. **Largely this post is to open diplomacy for problems that may arise with recruits. I expect a diplomatic before a retaliatory action or i will simply retaliate in response. |

Neba wrote: so pirate team? No. The team, to my knowledge is currently largely populated by MFM alts. I believe what goett's intentions are, is to expand the team into a screening process of sorts for potential recruits, and development team for our current weaker players until they move themselves up to par. Which, in my humble opinion, is a great idea that would help raise and protect tem score by setting precedents and parameters that all character must meet before being allowed onto The Legion. It could function similarly to the pool system the U.S. military uses. Once enlisted you are given a period of time before shipping to boot where your physical progress is tracked until you meet the physical requirements to ship, or conversely, gives the recruiters time to to realize that you are unwilling to commit the necessary effort to remain in the program so they can discharge you from the "pool". The system allows those who use it to draw only from the best and most promising options set before them. In SS you could track player progression by requesting periodic inventory lists, weekly level submissions, updates on ingame financial standing, alt character progression and goals, ship and gear upgrades to main setups, and so on to determine who would best benefit your team. All thw work would definitely boost team scores and success as a whole though. You wouldn't have to house scammers, uncertain recruits, or any other such people during the recruitment period that could have adverse affects on your score in areas such as wealth, loyalty, member strength, glory, etc... Such a system would also help protect the team as you would be less susceptible to saboteurs and team jumpers since you would have more time before the character actually entered your ranks to glean information as to their intentions in the case of saboteurs, or in the case of team jumpers your team wouldnt invest as much of their own resources into players that intend to run off to another team anyway, taking those resources with them out of team. I do believe I took this post way too far.... _________________ Neba wrote: BLACK PEOPLE DON'T GET RICE andezrhode wrote: goett wrote: All oly ships look way to geometrically conservative for my tastes. thats because most graphic designers are squares goett wrote: Fired bullets taste like candy. |

I'd expect a name such as Evil Empire to be made up by a 10 year old F2P.

Griffin wrote: I'd expect a name such as Evil Empire to be made up by a 10 year old F2P. And I expect that I would only name a team Resident Evil if I were 8 years old again, you know the only age where those games/movies are appealing, but even then I would probably pick My Little Pony over Resident Evil... Also, why is the fllag a frickin' pumpkin? _________________ Neba wrote: BLACK PEOPLE DON'T GET RICE andezrhode wrote: goett wrote: All oly ships look way to geometrically conservative for my tastes. thats because most graphic designers are squares goett wrote: Fired bullets taste like candy. |
