TFC has just repelled a sneak attack from Traders/Dark Traders in Anatolia.

We have declared war and will defend ourselves against all threats.

There was no attempt to contact us nor formal agreement was made before this attack about "keeping it in anatolia".

For the time being, Traders and Dark Traders are on KoS

P.S. - We assisted you guys multiple times in defending your galaxies against the pirates and this is what we get?

At any rate, we attacked Anatolia because the whole point of the emp run system in this game is for it to be contested. We did the same to SBP some time ago, and they did the same to us. I'm not sure what you expected but we certainly didn't go into our emp run expecting ponies and sunshine, nor did we receive them.

As far as Traders is concerned, we made a legitimate attempt on the palace and that's all there is to it. Congrats on a good drone defense, by the way. If TFC want to take it to the next level, that is up to them.

TFC takes the view that an attack is an attack.

We have declared war to ensure our assets in Anatolia and elsewhere are utilised.
It will remain in place until we are convined it is no longer necessary.

Currently we do not anticipate further action

However if there are further attacks against TFC assets we will retaliate against Traders/Dark Trader assets.

Tfc did start pvping and shit talking me poorly after anatolia against me. So i already consider them bringing it out of anatolia.

Again, you guys can do what you want. When we held Anatolia it was our choice to not take the fight to Wild Space but we will respond to escalation accordingly.

Odd, that's the only reason EF goes for emp. The first was actually an attempt to determine if ponies would sparkle in sunlight - turns out only vampires do that, but boy did those ponies make for a good steak!
