Post The Tactical Significance of War Declarations
This is just a post for the less experienced SS players.

Unless your team is at war, bases and drones will not engage.
This allows a hostile team to enter your galaxy, form up, and attack without reply.

Further once the attackers start shooting, the drones and bases will only attack the shooter. If you have war declared the healers can be targeted.

Consequently TFC has declared war on all the teams who have attacked us.

(Traders obviously realised this as they made no counter declaration and TFC made no attacks on their galaxies.)

I Think they need to fix this, Why do bases not attack ShM's that are aiding the Team that is at war?

If a ShM heals someone attacking in Earthforce protected space they also get the Arua so why is this argo issue not happening in team space?

Its basically like "Boot the Shm's from team to heal us so we dont fail!"

You shouldnt have to war people so bases attack, if someone attacks or helps the attacker they should also have argo issues....

if someone heal someone with aggro toward your base, they will gain hate as well. The only exception to that is the stupid pvp range.

If an shm was only in pvp range of the base owner because of the war, and he leave the war. Hes no longer in range

Ive seen plenty of times a level 1200 healing an attacker agesnt a level 1500 base and the ShM not getting attacked when the attacker died

well, if the attacker never got any dmg done on the base, it would have 0 hostility (war make your base attack, but does not generate hostility), if there is no hostility, there is none to give to the shm either. Its the only explanation i can think off on that side.
