Also: EF is now allied to whoever of the 2 allies pays the most, we wil accept anything above 500b / week!

It may be that our allies are a bit more disposed to warfare than we of the Merchant Consortium are... But at this time we are being aggressively attacked by an enemy with no reason, so we will accept any help we can get and we greatly appreciate the assistance of VS and TDC in this way, and hope to return the favor when necessary.

We just want to make sure that next uni is as safe as possible for all of us.
