Get level 500. Get an app ward, get an armada or app wand. Aug with 2 ShMasteries and something else.

for full set of class subskills, piloting20 and weaponry20 you need 614 levels worth of SP's...

i was a shm before i went dm, lvld with slaves. worked well for a while, but then it started to suck cos im cheap bastard and couldnt be stuffed investing in better slaves, so i went dm.
anyway, just interested to know if anyone has ever started out as a shm and kept lvling by shm all the way to a decent lvl..?
cos i loved shm, still do, and wanna switch back, but i think i'd make pretty damn crappy one at my lvl, and i lvl as slow as space_spartan =P

For ShM, use another class until you are level 1000+, get a skill reset, buy ShM gear. Seriously, leveling as an ShM is slow, boring and annoying, there is a reason almost noone ever does it.

If you take advantage of the Damage bonus ShM slaves get, you can get some pretty fierce DPS, though it will take some investment, like most slaves.

Devs are not intelligent people. They are however intelligent people who develop Star Sonata. BIG difference.

abstructors on slaves acually work pretty well just to through that out there... i kill picks a forgys and stuff at level 530 or so. i have paxious dudes with urqa's and abstructors. they work fine. :D

oh and like the people said before that the whole "swarming" thing. im thinking that would work pretty well with abstructors... cuz i have 7 abstructors doing damage. 18 would be pretty sweet :D
