It's which ever one goes over 1/2 it's max base slot limit first.

This guide is really well done 10/10, really detailed, and ill admit I skimmed over it pretty fast but judging by what I did read, its looks like a really resourceful guide, good job on it

External Abulative Armor (massif bonus in resist for bases)

closer, better, but needs a little extra info:

Whichever char goes past 1/2 max base slots used has full slots pool, others get 1/2, 1/3 etc , respectively.

BUT.

It you have any leftover slots on the main basebuilder, they get ported to the 1/2 alt somehow. Proof- I have a main with 32 slots and an alt with 32 slots. Main had like 28 slots occupied, and the alt was able to deploy 5 adonis bases (total of 20 slots which should be otherwise impossible).
